It’s time to look back to the moments we shared with trainers, teachers and educators from Poland, Estonia and Germany at our “Hands-on training for educators: Addressing complex topics and dilemmas through dialogue”. Bětka Wojcik, Julian Czurko and Corinna Thiel facilitated this week-long training full of fruitful exchanges, practical experiences of dialogue, sharing and reflections about the topic.

It was an intense and extraordinary time filled with:

• practical workshops on dialogue method, Nonviolent communication, facilitation and intersectionality
• meaningful conversations
• touching the depth, uncertainty and complexity
• sharing challenges, fears, inspirations and hopes
• enjoying each other’s company and being together.

Recently we are working on a toolkit for educators where we will share our experiences and practical methods. Coming soon!
